How to Make Creme Brulee de la Rose (Rose) Soup

Pour the bowl with herbs into a saucepan and heat over low heat until the herbs are cooked.

Add the wine to the pot and simmer over low, stirring occasionally.

The herbs should be just tender and fragrant.

You may have to stir frequently if they start to become too soggy.

Add a few tablespoons of the cayenne pepper and a pinch of salt.
